- Lightly crush the cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds to release their aroma.
- Add 1½–2 cups water to a pot and bring to a boil.
- Add the crushed seeds and simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Strain into a cup and top with fresh herbs if desired.
- Sip warm, especially after meals.
Notes
Crush the seeds gently — don’t powder them — to get the cleanest flavor.
Prepare a batch of the dry mixture and store it in an airtight container for convenience.
Add tulsi, basil, or mint for extra soothing benefits.
If you prefer stronger tea, simmer for an extra minute.
