Raw Vegan Breakfast Bowl

A fresh, colorful bowl full of fruit, texture and natural sweetness.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large banana peeled and sliced
  • 2 dates chopped
  • 2 strawberries chopped
  • 6 to 8 almonds soaked and peeled
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

Method
 

  1. Peel and slice the banana into a bowl.
  2. Add the chopped dates and raisins.
  3. Add chopped strawberries, blueberries and pomegranate seeds.
  4. Chop the soaked, peeled almonds and add them to the bowl.
  5. Mix gently and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Fruits should be eaten immediately after chopping to prevent oxidation.
Soak almonds overnight or for at least 4 to 6 hours to remove the peel easily.
Use ripe but firm bananas for the best texture.
Add a squeeze of lemon if you want a slight tang.
Replace strawberries with mango or kiwi when they are in season.
If you prefer more crunch, add a few pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.
