Method
- Peel and slice the banana into a bowl.
- Add the chopped dates and raisins.
- Add chopped strawberries, blueberries and pomegranate seeds.
- Chop the soaked, peeled almonds and add them to the bowl.
- Mix gently and enjoy immediately.

Notes
Fruits should be eaten immediately after chopping to prevent oxidation.
Soak almonds overnight or for at least 4 to 6 hours to remove the peel easily.
Use ripe but firm bananas for the best texture.
Add a squeeze of lemon if you want a slight tang.
Replace strawberries with mango or kiwi when they are in season.
If you prefer more crunch, add a few pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds.
