Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumbers sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
  2. Add vegan yogurt, salt, black pepper, and red chilli flakes if using.
  3. Mix in freshly chopped dill leaves.
  4. Crush roasted peanuts and sprinkle with sesame seeds for added crunch.
  5. Toss everything gently until well combined and serve chilled.

Notes

Red chilli flakes add a mild spice contrast to the cool yogurt base.
Crushed roasted peanuts and sesame seeds give the salad a satisfying crunch.
Use fresh dill for the best aroma and cooling flavor.
