Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup boiled peanuts
  • ½ cup apple cubed
  • 5-6 grapes chopped
  • 1 small cucumber cubed
  • ¼ cup fresh grated coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chillies or black pepper
  • Lemon juice to taste

Method
 

  1. Place boiled peanuts in a mixing bowl (soak overnight and boil with salt and spices if preparing fresh).
  2. Add chopped apple, cucumber, and grapes for a mix of flavors and textures.
  3. Sprinkle salt and add chopped green chillies or substitute with black pepper.
  4. Drizzle lemon juice for freshness and tang.
  5. Add the star ingredient – fresh grated coconut – and mix everything well.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the crunch and flavor in every bite.

Notes

Tips
If grapes are not available, substitute with orange segments or a bit of extra lemon juice for tanginess.
Green chillies add heat; black pepper works well for a milder spice.
Freshly grated coconut gives the salad a naturally sweet, nutty depth.
